Join us for a cozy and flavorful evening at Kent Island Resort’s Chef’s Table Harvest ! Chef Mauricio has crafted a seasonal menu with each course highlighting the rich flavors of autumn.

Pan-Seared Scallop, Cauliflower Purée, Pancetta, Pomegranate Coulis

Soup:
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup served in a Pumpkin Bowl with Whole Wheat Crusty Croutons

Salad:
Roasted Beet Salad with Fall Lettuce, Pumpkin Seeds, Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main Course:
Local Fried Oysters & Grilled Autumn Sausage, served with Mashed Sweet Potato, Broccolini, Carrots, Grilled Lemon, and Cocktail Sauce

Pumpkin Spiced Crème Brûlée with Whipped Cream and Mixed Berries
