Chefs Table: Taste of the Season

Join us at Kent Island Resort for our Chef’s Table featuring a delicious 5-course meal highlighting the flavors of the season.

Menu:

  • Appetizer:
    Oyster Three Ways – On the half shell, Rockefeller, Crab Imperial, served with grilled lemon and cocktail sauce.
  • Soup:
    French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions, gratinée with Gruyère and Provolone cheese.
  • Salad:
    Spinach Salad – Dried cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, Granny Smith apples, topped with honey lemon vinaigrette.
  • Main Course:
    Slow Roasted Prime Rib – 12 oz. prime rib with a twice-baked potato, white asparagus, and demi-glaze.
  • Dessert:
    Chocolate Bread Pudding – Served with white brandy sauce, mixed berries, and shaved chocolate.
