Chef’s Table: A Trip to Italy

Join us for dinner and embark on a culinary journey with Chef Mauricio! After the success of his South American soirée, he’s ready to whisk you away to Italy at our next Chef’s Table. Our chef takes the experience to a personal level, talking you through each dish as he guides you through Italy’s charm with every bite.

 

MENU:

Appetizer- Shrimp and Crab Arancini (Risotto, mushroom, tomato sauce)

Salad- Italian Chopped Salad (Mixed greens, capicola, salami, prosciutto, marinated olives, pepperoncini, red onion, heirloom tomato, parmigiano reggiano)

Main Course- Lobster Carbonara (Linguine, peas, pancetta, garlic, shallots, egg yolk, parmigiano reggiano)

Dessert- Tiramisu (Chocolate sauce, fresh whipped cream)
