Chef’s Table: A Trip to Asia

In this edition of our Chef’s Table Series, we take you on a culinary adventure around Asia. Join us for a refined three-course dining experience.

Cocktail hour from 6 to 7pm

Sushi Station: shrimp tempura roll, california roll, garden roll, spicy tuna roll. Served with warm sake.

2nd Course:

Vietnamese Chilled Shrimp Spring Roll: mango, avocado, spring lettuce, carrots, sesame ginger sauce

3rd Course:

Kobe Ribeye, 8 Ounce: served with stir fried rice, oyster mushrooms, fried tofu

4th Course:

Mango Pudding: sweet mangos, coconut milk, toasted coconut
