Meet the Maker: Bread & Oil

Experience Southern Italy with the Award-winning Ciccio’s Olives Extra Olive Oil (EVOO). Sample the various EVOO flavor profiles, artisanal bread, and hand-selected wines while learning about the producer, Fratelli Pugliano, and their sustainable, regenerative family farm in Calabria. Our Culinary Team at Kent welcomes Laura and Pino Pugliano as your hosts for the evening. During this educational and interactive class, guests will learn how oil is made, how to cook and finish with various oils, how to optimize the incredibly healthy benefits of EVOO, and how to know if EVOO is authentic and pure. Oil samples, artisanal bread, and wine pairings will be provided. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the experience. Ciccio’s Olive Oil and other artisan goods will also be available.
